Cleaning of interior coils, cabinet, and components as needed.
Cleaning of interior blower motor and fan assembly as needed.
Cleaning of exterior coil as needed.Lubricate and adjust moving parts where applicable.
Evaluation and diagnosis of entire hvac system.
Testing of all electrical components to ensure proper, safe, and efficient operation.
Amp reading of all motors.
Compressor and blower motor winding ohm test.
Testing of all safety switches.
Heat Exchanger inspection.
Burner / pilot cleaning and adjustment.
Testing and adjustment of gas valve.
